Nousu is a marketing company founded by Pasi Poutanen. Over the last eight years we have worked one on one with more than 800 realtors across the United States, helping them turn closed sales into the kind of personal brand that brings in listing appointments.
What we actually do
When an agent sells a home over asking price, that result deserves an audience. We build short recap videos, case-study posts and ad scripts around real closed sales, so the agents behind them stay visible in their local market. Some of that work we make first and share with the agent as a gift, because the work is the best introduction we have.
